The number one mistake many women make when trying to lose weight is that they generally eat less. For example, they might follow the "eat less" principle (German: "FDH"). As a result, they also consume less protein, and by consuming less protein, they lose muscle mass. However, muscle mass is crucial because it essentially acts as your "fat-burning furnace." The yo-yo effect is thus inevitable!

This means that you can't avoid eating enough protein!

Attention: 2/3 should be plant-based protein, and 1/3 should be animal-based protein. Personally, I find it impossible to eat enough lentils, chickpeas, tofu, etc., daily, and I also often hear that my clients have the same problem.
